1. Parties
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("User") and SynthScript Inh. Christoph Kretschmer, Hornisgrindestraße 9, 77855 Achern, Germany — Email: info@synthscript.de — ("Provider").
By installing or using the "DevProCo" app you agree to this Agreement.
2. License Grant
The Provider grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control.
3. Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, sell, reverse-engineer, or use the app for unlawful purposes.
4. In-App Purchases (DevProCo Premium)
- DevProCo Premium is a one-time purchase (not a subscription).
- Billing via your Apple ID or Google account.
- Refunds subject to the respective platform provider's policy.
5. Account and Security
The app can be used without an account. If you use an account, you are responsible for the security of your credentials. Unauthorized use: info@synthscript.de.
6. Intellectual Property
All rights in the app remain with the Provider. This Agreement does not transfer ownership.
7. Privacy
Data processing in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided "as is". Development processes in the app are aids — you are responsible for the correct execution of your film development.
9. Limitation of Liability
Liability for indirect damages is excluded; liability limited to amounts paid for the app.
10. Term and Termination
This Agreement is effective from installation. Upon termination you must delete the app.

- Apple App Store: Apple Standard License Agreement
- Google Play Store: Google Play Terms of Service
12. Governing Law
Laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Jurisdiction: Achern, Germany.
13. Changes
Material changes will be communicated via the app or by email.
